Safety first is an oft-repeated mantra by the Emergency Services, teachers, government departments and office managers often to the eye-rolling of those within earshot of it, but they usually have a good reason for sharing their often extensive lists of dos and don’ts. This is especially true when it comes to unmanned aerial vehicles that we all love to fly.
While drones are a great tool for taking amazing videos or photos, unfortunately, its aerial nature can cause safety concerns that could have serious repercussions for the pilot. So to help all you drone fliers out there, we here at DJI Support have put together a comprehensive 20 point list of dos and don’ts for flying your drones.
Dos and Don’ts of Flying a Drone
Remember to keep these in mind before any drone flight, it may seem like a lot to remember, but once you’ve run these through your mind before you take off for a few drone flights, it will become like a second nature to you. Most importantly you owe it to those around you to follow these dos and don’ts to prevent harm to yourself or others.
